Who are we?
Welcome to the blog!
Well, to put it simply, we are three ordinary eighteen year old girls, with an extraordinary dream. With luck, wishes, support from you all and the odd fairy God mother, we hope to perform in the Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2012, from the 3rd of August until the 25th.
Our piece is quite… Absurd.
Theatre of the Absurd is renowned for not only its inspiring leading practitioners such as Samuel Beckett, Harold Pinter, Alfred Jarry etc but also its obscurity and quirkiness, which was what initially attracted us in the first place! It often deals with issues such as Existentialism, Transcendentalism, Religion, Society and numerous other serious, important things! But, its also ladled with comedy, music, fantastic characters and juicy performances to sink your teeth and minds into!
